Secure Booking Portal: You will be taken to our secure Semble portal. Select your appointment type (e.g., New Consultation) and choose a time that suits you.
Instant Confirmation: Complete the brief registration form to secure your slot. You will receive an immediate confirmation email with full location details and next steps.

ESSEX CLINIC
(Note: Upfront payment required - £250 New, £160 Follow-up.) Full refunds are provided for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice.
(Note: Insurance authorisation code required. A valid card is required to secure the booking, but no payment will be taken today.)

LONDON CLINIC
(Note: Upfront payment required - £300 New, £220 Follow-up) Full refunds are provided for cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice.

Practice Terms & Conditions
1. Cancellation & Refunds
Self-Pay Patients: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.
Insured Patients: Most insurers do not cover late cancellation or "no-show" fees. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be personally liable for the full appointment fee.
Refund Timeframe: Approved refunds are typically processed within 3–10 working days, depending on your bank. Funds will always be returned to the original payment card used at booking.
2. Fees & Payment
Self-Pay Patients: All fees are due in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Payments are handled via our secure portal, which accepts all major credit and debit cards.
Insured Patients: No upfront payment is required if you provide valid insurance details and a pre-authorisation code at the time of booking. By booking, you acknowledge that you remain personally responsible for any balance not settled by your insurer within 30 days of invoicing.
3. Patient Responsibilities
For your safety and the effectiveness of your care, you agree to provide an accurate and complete medical history. You are responsible for following the treatment plans as prescribed by your clinician.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Your data is handled securely in strict accordance with UK GDPR and ICO standards. By booking, you consent to us processing your data for clinical purposes and, where necessary for your continuity of care, sharing relevant information with your NHS GP.
5. Governing Law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of England.
